Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts in Biomedical Humanities from Hiram College in Ohio. After a year off spent exploring Brooklyn, she moved to Philadelphia and earned her Veterinary Medicine Doctorate (VMD) from the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated in 2014 and made her way to VERG for a rotating internship. She has stayed on as a staff ER doctor since then and is happy to call VERG her professional “home.” Nicole’s veterinary interests include soft tissue surgery and radiology.
Nicole is from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and is an avid ice hockey fan (Go Pens!). Live music, travel, and reading are other passions outside of work. She shares her life with her husband Brett, son Jack, and two dogs, JJ & Rosie.
