Jillian DiFazio, DVM
Jillian graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to complete her veterinary degree at Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her small animal rotating internship at Cornell University and stayed on to complete her residency in Emergency and Critical Care. She has been in practice at Cornell University Veterinary Specialists since then. She is excited to be part of developing the critical care service at VERG.
Jillian’s clinical interests include sepsis, neurotrauma, endocrine derangements, fluid therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
Jillian’s personal interests include fitness classes (running, cycling, weight lifting, boot camps, you name it!), music and travel. She also spends her days off with her dogs, Ellie (a 3 year old Chihuahua) and Muppet (some blend of a Shih Tzu puppy).
