As COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to be a worldwide concern, our team at VERG would like to reassure our community that we are taking proactive measures to protect our staff, clients, and valued patients.

Clients are required to wear a mask while inside of our facility. We are allowing one human per pet patient to check in and check out. We have limited seating inside of our waiting room and a tent outside of our facility with additional seating. Clients will have their temperatures taken when they arrive. Please dress appropriately for the weather. All communications with our doctors will be performed via phone.

We have been monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as other agencies to stay current with the latest information.

Rest assured, our hospital will remain open 24 hours a day, 7 days per week for emergencies, so that we can continue to provide the highest quality care for your pets.

We do ask that if you develop symptoms such as a fever, shortness of breath, a cough, or have been in contact with someone who is suspected to have COVID-19, to please stay home. Our staff is happy to reschedule your specialty appointment for a later date.
