November is ASPCA’s Adopt a Senior Pet Month!

This month, VERG hopes that our community will join in celebrating. Save a life and find a new, loving best friend.

Many senior animals end up in shelters due to the death of their owner, economic hardships that forced their family to give them up, or, unfortunately, cases of neglect and abandonment.

As animal lovers, it’s a sad fact that senior pets are often the last to be adopted from shelters, putting them at an increased risk for euthanasia.
