Patient #1: 2 year old male, neutered Bulldog with refractory cluster seizures. MRI revealed hydrocephalus. Surgical intervention with a ventriculoperitoneal shunt resulted in a seizure free patient.

Patient #2: 3 1/2 year old female, spayed Bulldog with cervical pain, dull mentation, and seizures. Granulomatous meningioencephalitis (GME). Treated with corticosteroids and Cytosar.

Patient #3: 5 year old female, spayed Labrador Retriever Mix with refractory seizures. Normal MRI – diagnosis of idiopathic epilepsy. Treated with phenobarbital and Keppra.

Patient #4: 6 year old male, neutered Rottweiller Mix presented with tetraparesis and cervical pain. A ruptured cervical disc was decompressed via a ventral slot.

Patient #5: 6 year old male, intact Bichon Frise with hindlimb paralysis. MRI revealed a ruptured lumar disc that was decopressed via a hemilaminectomy.

Patient #6: 16 year old female, spayed Siamese presented for circling, weakness, blindness, and inappropriate behavior. MRI revealed a brain tumor (meningioma) that was surgically removed via craniotomy.
